It's not naivety Cherie. Of course some will do that, but plenty of wealthy people have ruined themselves and their families with addictions, too.
It's the hypothetical nature of this discussion that is the most offensive; the inference that they can't be trusted. You're talking about criticising those that haven't followed the rules, but it's all in the abstract and innuendo, not fact.
