It's difficult to choose. The government sleepwalked into the pandemic despite months of warnings, they've chosen to ignore scientific advice until the situation becomes critical and they cannot. They are basically doing the bare minimum and letting the worst happen before doing anything instead of handling it pro-actively like countries that have it under better control have done.

Meanwhile these past few years of Brexit have basically been a political pantomime to position Boris as the PM. The deal he was so against that he dramatically quit his position a few years back is not dramatically different to the one he agreed to in December. Everything since then has gone as the experts have predicted, what they have said since 2016 but the sheep decided to ignore because of a ****ing lie on the side of the bus.

Brexit is a ****ing disaster but one that the voters share responsibility in for voting it to happen and ensuring that incompetents are in charge of it. Covid has gotten as bad as it has here because of pure wilful ignorance by the government.

It's difficult to say which is worse, I think the fact that you've still got morons downplaying both is in itself soul crushing. No matter what the tories do, people will just wipe off the turds that have been dunked upon them by Boris and continue to vote Tory just 'cus.

The Tories are horrifically incompetent, and the public are utter fools for allowing them to take power time and time again with bull**** like 'But it'll be worse if Corbyn/Starmer/whoever-Murdoch-has-indoctrinated-them-to-hate is in charge!'
