Just wanted to apologise for today and explain to you that my heads just not in the right place atm..

When I said I would be in 100 percent and all that I felt really good and positive. But sometimes when I try and get to sleep the night before, my head just starts sparking with thoughts and memories and it takes me hours to get to sleep.


I'm sorry xxxxx, I try and do everything for you mate for what you've done for me..but I keep ****ing up..

I cant help it. Its just me..
