Yes he's the UK PM, HOWEVER dismissing her rules set out on people coming in and going out as to her responsibility as First Minister of Scotland, is a little at least disrespectful.
If we're talking about courtesy, then maybe he should start with talking to the family of just one of those 100k people dead on his watch.
