Netherlands: number of new corona cases has decreased the last week with 20% to 28.628
RIVM estimates two third of the new cases are from the UK strain, but also 3 other strains are discovered here (23 cases of south african strain, 2 cases of brazilian strain)
on 15th January, the R rate was 0.97, if the number is below 1, then number of cases will decline
