The opposite happened to me once sadly
I was going into a club that had an over 25 policy....I was with a friend who was really young looking (she was younger than me but not that much) and she was asked for ID. I asked if they wanted to see mine too and the bouncer replied "why, have you got your bus pass or bingo card on you?" I had no comeback
