It's an utter disgrace that they aren't likely to be charged with rape, the idea that rape can only occur through violence is just bull****. She wasn't old enough to consent and it's fairly obvious that she wouldn't have if she was so to call it anything less than rape is disgusting beyond words, it lessens what they did to this girl when what they did should never be lessened.

If someone doesn't, or can't consent, it is rape. Full stop. I hope they demolish that law and bring in a new law that actually enables the prosecution of rape, not excuses it as a 'lesser' crime because of some bull**** criteria. These hideous creatures deserve the full extent of the law.
