I think she made the right choice nominating Josh and Kiefer. It was easy but it made sense: they both bring nothing to her game and can't be controlled.

Kiefer is part of a big alliance though.
Also I do not think if she had targeted Latoya had anything to do with her being a female, more to the fact that Latoya had a big role in the eviction of Julie along with Josh and Julie herself.
She did the right thing though as Latoya would not have gone, Josh would have and Austin would have gone next.
