When it is strangers and random it tends to be muggings (these days, they want your phone). If we're talking about people simply minding their own business, assaults on women are FAR higher.

And either way 99% of the people doing the attacking are men. Again, this is not to be confused with "99% of men are attacking people". But that's not the point.
