I'm like you, very much on the fence. She has done nothing to offend me personally, she is just her. My ambivalent opinion may change if the bullying accusations are founded as I abhor bullies but if they are founded my opinion of the Royal Family business will also suffer as they should have done something. But that's a whole other conversation and I have packed lunch to make and belligerent 10 year old to get sorted for school
