...it’s hard to try to imagine really, isn’t it..because when Mark said...’ your darkness is becoming part of Thomas’...(...those weren’t his exact words but similar....)...that was true as well, his time with Lizzie was becoming really unhappy ...and even though, she had her daughter back, that darkness had been with her for so long/it had become a part of her and a ‘typical behaviour’...so it’s hard to think that, that wouldn’t have a really profound impact as well on her mental health...that she would suddenly just ‘be well again’ as more or less shown in the ending...
