Uhhh I don't think so... even at uni flats/houses we had pretty forgiving neighbours, from what I recall. I've been at a house party where the police were called, but never my own house.
I've been the one complaining though (old next-door neighbours decided to have a house party JUST as the lockdown started last March, so I called the police on them
they were then forcibly evicted by their housing agency).
