Question Top Answers Game 9 [Round 10 Results! And the winner is...]

Right then... I promised it'd be here by the end of the week and here we are.

Quote:
Top Answers has been a game on TiBB for a very long time and has been hosted by Z, ukturtle, Niamh and now myself. Its premise is simple: everyone answers the same questions, via a PM to me, with the first thing that comes to their heads. This isn't a trivia game, and it doesn't require correct or "the most qualified" answers at all. If I ask everyone "name something blue" and, by some odd turn of events, 20 of you respond with "egg", then egg is the most popular answer, damnit! At the end of the round, I reveal the full list of answers given by members to each question, along with a points total of who was able to guess the most popular answers.

There will be ten rounds and there are now fifteen questions per round again, so it may take a little time to fill in but none of them require much research... I've tried to make them as lateral as possible without repeating questions from previous editions of the game. Each round will last for three days (an increase on the usual two in the past, for a number of reasons such as to help the Pointless spinoff run smoother, to give everyone more time to submit answers, and because it's only really a casual game rather than something that requires constant, daily attention).

That said... this time, we'll (hopefully, once I contact an admin) be seeing a new award for the overall winner of the game. In the theory that this game is essentially "Family Fortunes" or "Family Feud" (but we're now nine editions in, and it's too late to rename it now ) , the award has been taken from its iconic "X" symbol:

The ten rounds will be themed around music, TV, film, sports, science & nature, history, geography, food & drink, celebrity culture, and "miscellaneous". By that, I mean it's not quite general knowledge, but isn't covered by any of the other categories... sort of an "everyday life" category, if you will.
Round one will be questions about television... and here they are.
