Netherlands: health minister Hugo de Jonge: only relaxing measures when we are past the peak of this third wave
he hopes it will be April 28th but if the peak hasn't been before then no easing of measures
but parliament will have a press conference tomorrow, a presentation of the step by step plan relaxing of measures
