I definitely sympathise! Sorry to hear that it's painful, and the crutches must be inconvenient, but thankfully they're quite minor injuries.
I know it's a pain that your family can still go off and do stuff, but you can just put your feet up (literally) for a while, and get a bit of a break out of it, on the bright side! Get well soon.
