Yes but they managed a staggering 8% for indy . I think they see themselves as a bit of a separate entity to either Scotland or England, but part of the British Isles nonetheless. Shetland anyway. The younger folks I've met from Orkney tend to quite like a regular jaunt to Glasgow.
