I don’t think they did it, they were negligent though, I remember when our first son was born taking him to a hotel. We left him sleeping, went downstairs with the baby monitor to the bar, after 10 minutes neither of us could settle and were convinced the monitor wasn’t working, so Mr C went back up and made noise, it was, but it just didn’t feel right so that was that, back upstairs
