A few spring to mind -

Scarface The World is Yours - Underrated game, though most people i know hate it. The driving mechanics are a bit rough i guess.

BLACK - My favourite FPS ever. Before it's time (2006)

GTA LCS and VCS - Really fun GTA's.

I have them all on PS2 and Emu, but would decent to see them get a release on PS5.
