It must have been a freak accident type thing, although hard to understand as they count in to move people...3 2 1 go type thing? I would also want investigated why her buzzer not being answered, which is why she needed the op in the first place, I I have sat in wards visiting patients, the buzzer goes off and patients seem to wait forever despite a number of staff members sat at reception, this isn’t a one off it seems to be the norm
As for not having a post mortem, what in earth, of course her family need to know if being dropped killed her
