If England wins Group D, they face the one who finished second in group F (Very likely one of France, Portugal, Germany)
If England finishes 2nd, they face the one who finished second in group C (Very likely one of Spain or Poland)
If England finishes 3rd and still manages to qualify, they face the winner of Group B, C or E (Worst case, one of Belgium, Netherlands or Spain)
