yeah, it certainly is, the uk want that trade deal. Why do you think they wanted that nhs patient info shared .... it will be hidden away within a USA trade deal
The opt out for individuals requires them to print off an online form, fill it in and then take it to your doctor for action. It's pretty obvious they are trying to make the opt out as difficult as possible
