Your microsoft account might be logged out. Check your notifications sidebar, there might be one that says something like "There's a problem with your Microsoft account" - usually you just need to put in the password to sort it.
It's not really an issue though unless it's trying to verify windows activation status. Go to Windows Activation in settings (start menu - type "settings" - type "activation" in the find a setting box) and it should say "Windows is activated with a digital license" on that screen. If it does then you're fine. If not then it'll tell you what to do
