First line, 10000%. I agree with the rest too. I’d combine the weight training with high intensity cardio, for a beginner, look at Joe Wicks. If you REALLY want a challenge then look at Insanity. Yes, it will b3 insane, but it will get easier. I talk from experience and having lost 7 stone.
