Threads on discrimination against people in this country are basically pointless. This country is much better than others in all such departments. The most apparent form of female discrimination in this country is through stereotyping which is not discrimination per se. So yes, it is worse in other countries AND it was much worse years ago. Loads of people on this forum talk about less important things. Let people talk about what they want. Pointless to you maybe but not to me and plenty of others
