Group of us as teenagers were out drinking, we ended up back at one guy’s house, HE OFFERED us some biscuits and we ate a couple of ginger nuts each… as we’re leaving he says, “right I need 5p per biscuit from each of you” - we thought he was joking - he was not and says “my mum will be mad if they’re not replaced” and starts getting really angry. So we each had to give him 10p - 20p… total of less than £1.
It was honestly like a weird dream it was so surreal. I’d probably think I did dream it as it was so long ago, and I was pretty drunk at the time, but one of my old friends brought it up recently
