“Why not have gaming”?
Because the reason sound and video streaming works flawlessly is buffering, and input-to-output latency means games streaming services still suck. All of them. This will be the same, because the issue is net provider/client-end, not service-end.
It COULD work for a certain type of game - e.g. interactive stories like Telltale Walking Dead/Life Is Strange/Until Dawn/Detroit.
For third person games streaming services are bad. For first person games they’re basically unusable.
