Everyone involved in the riots are responsible for their own actions.
This isn't a playground where we talk about "how started it", and I doubt the victims of the riots care very much about whose fault they were. BLM protestors shouldn't have gotten involved, and they carry as much accountability as anyone else who took part in them.
Everyone involved was a scumbag, whether they started it or were just waiting around for them to start.
