It’s not something we have too often but always buy the best cod ones so hopefully they don’t have tooooo much plastic in them

It doesn't matter how "good" the fish in the fish fingers is - the plastic is
in the fish when it comes out of the ocean, and the entire ocean is affected. I'm not a huge fan of fish/seafood but even if I was I'd be avoiding it right now. Microplastics everywhere.
