The best part of this is that most medical folks are saying “lol that’s not a Covid side effect, that’s an STI”

context: her cousin is claiming the Covid vaccine made his testicles swell up/made him temporarily impotent.

So basically the real story is that her cousin was probably cheating on his partner, got an STI (likely chlamydia or gonorrhoea), then used the vaccine as an excuse for the symptoms . It would be quite funny other than the fact it’s probably going to result in a few more people believing the story and avoiding vaccinations.
