By that definition, do you not agree that the things you post (e.g. about the US election) are conspiracy theories?
If not, which part is wrong
- Do you believe there was a plot?
- Do you believe it was or has been kept secret?
- Do you believe it was unlawful or harmful?
From things you've said across various threads, I think the answer to all three of those is yes? Thus, it is a conspiracy theory. Again, the idea that "conspiracy theory" = "silly or bad" is just incorrect.
