I'd bet a number of the Orcs are based on specific people tbh. Some might not be as obvious, but if they spoofed Weinstein for
being a sexual predator, umm I mean making things difficult, they probably had fun at the expense of some other people.
I always thought this one looks just like both Matt Hancock and Angela Merkle
but that's obviously a coincidence.
