It’s honestly pretty normal for people’s personalities to alter somewhat at different stages in life so that might be it (some people start their lives very sociable and outgoing but become more reclusive and introverted as the years go on, not that there’s anything wrong with being an introvert either way, and sometimes the opposite happens). I’d say it only becomes problematic when it’s actually distressing or causing you day-to-day problems that can’t be ignored and I don’t think things are anywhere near that bad for you.

P.S.: might anxiety be a side-effect of your medication?
Maybe..hopefully I end up somewhere in the middle soon then.
