my FIFA 21 game had a error message, and told me i had to check for updates
but there i saw the real problem that my PSN wasn't activated for this specific console so i did ''forgot password'' option, new password and i activated my account
and immediately it found a update of 5GB for FIFA 21 and i also now have a official EA account and i connected both accounts with each other
my dad didn't want to help me etc since he doesn't trust stuff like playstation networks
well i placed almost everything to private or nobody apart from others being able to see which game i play (all for safety purposes)
i just knew this error message would come due to this problem with me before not having had PSN activated, and certain games require connection with that
