Personally I’ve found pretty much all of the movies and TV mediocre at best, however there’s been a tonne of great Star Wars stuff in gaming. Knights of the Old Republic, TIE Fighter, Jedi Fallen Order, The Force Unleashed etc.
I guess the whole “Jedi lore” just lends itself well to games though. All of those are essentially “Jedi Games” apart from TIE Fighter which is a space combat sim (THE best ever made despite being absolutely ancient; it was an MS DOS game
