You can still travel but you have to take a PCR test, that would be a be difficult, easier to take the jab, people used to have to provide evidence of Yellow Fever innoculation in the 60s, and for many countries you would pay your GP to have jabs, I dont see any difference ..every drug you take is experiemental as it you may have a unique reaction to it
