Ok this is something I will never comprehend but EVEN NOW people are STILL going through strangers & neighbours skips
, I'd be scared of catching something.
Every time I see a skip I want to throw rubbish in , NOT jump in and rip bin bags and rummage through someone else's old dusty belongings and garbage. It's gross & nosey .... just why ??.
I know some are desperate, and some are thieves trying to steal people's personal information.
I'm always paranoid and try to cut up and scribble off anything with my name and personal details. As some people will go through any trash it seems,no matter how dusty and old.... which is weird .
