It is embarrassing and for him too.
I can't stand Johnson, for me it's sad the Monarch cannot sack him for total incompetence.
Among many other things.
However right now he is rightly up against things, so I'll cut him some slack on not having his speech papers in the perfect running order.
Quite what business leaders will have made of it is maybe another thing however.
