There isn't the option for that ,so I've had to contact the seller and I've explained I didn't receive the item . But the seller takes 2 working Days to reply

There's been incidents where neighbors and others have had to knock on my door as they mistakingly delivered my items to them, problem is not everyone is honest. So I think my item has ended up in the wrong hands now.
I even checked my door steps and bins but no luck .
