The jobs are not there and are going to become even less as places that took on for covid cover, will now be laying off those they took on, with isolation times going steadily down and stuff. This will be a lot of people. I know so many on temp contracts for this very reason. Ontop of this, the xmas surge is only just over, so many places will have a surplus, if anything rather than need staff.
