Russia's best bud China is hosting the whole world at the Winter Olympics... And allowing a Russian skater continue to compete despite the fact she failed a drugs test. The Russians are already competing under an ROC flag because of The country's acceptance of drugs and cheating. If kicks off in Ukraine Russia's biggest, scariest mate, China will be backing them.
