I believe he has put his uk property up for sale, hoping to cash in before his assets are frozen. It can't be long until the sanctions are applied the way things are going
If he does get hit with sanctions, that will shut down chelsea, they wont be able to operate without cash going in or or out. His scam of giving control to the chelsea charity wont work
edit: just to add that if he was serious about his love for the football club, he would sell it for £1
