Im surprised this isn't countrywide if I'm honest. We all know how stretched the NHS is, and a cesarean is a surgery with risk involving using a theatre, and a lot of clinical staff. I would have thought it's a given that that would not be an option unless absolutely necessary?
Surely it's the consultants and nor the trust who advise on individual labours and how at risk the birth is?
