Feyenoord coach Arne Slot has won the ''Rinus Michels award'' for the coach of the year 2021-22, for his amazing achievement for bringing Feyenoord all the way to the Conference League final
also nominated were Ajax (now Man United) coach Erik ten Hag, Twente coach Ron Jans, and RKC coach Joseph Oosting and Go Ahead Eagles coach Kees van Wonderen
Dick Lukkien whom achieved promotion immediately back to top level with Emmen got the award for best coach of first division
and also a lifetime achievement award for Bert van Marwijk, whom won the UEFA Cup with Feyenoord and reached world cup final with Netherlands
