I have between 4 and 5 interrupted hours each weekday night ... I’ve always been like this and it’s no problem

I do sleep better Friday / Sat and even have a lie-in and afternoon snoozes at the weekend .

There is a theory that too much ( 8 hours)
is not good for you ..
