A recap of a little of Meghan’s Vanity Fair Project from Tom Bower’s book:
Meghan was asked by Harry not to mention him at all in the Vanity Fair interview, but told the interviewer “We are a couple” “We are in love”.
She said she wanted to be portrayed as the serious actress, activist and philanthrophist that she was, but the researchers could find no proof of any activism or philantrophy.
One example - they said Meghan told them about a personal success she had achieved in writing a letter to Proctor and Gamble to persuade them to change one of their adverts - and she received a praising letter from Hilary Clinton about it. Turns out it was a school project and they had received thousands of similar requests over time which prompted the eventual change….and she was unable to produce any evidence of a letter from HC.
WTF is wrong with her? Does she make things up in her head and then believe them to be actually true? Does she expect people to automatically not question the wonderful persona and actions that she has invented for herself? Crazy stuff.
