Prey - 5/10
Five sounds like an insult, but it's not meant as one. The film was literally fine, it was okay.
Basically a beat-for-beat of the original Predator, but in a historical era and with a female lead. But tribal Americans are probably the least interesting historical thing there is
a Predator against Vikings, Romans, Ancient Egyptians ... Something like that would be more interesting, but the one they went with allows them to use a forestish setting, so it was closer to the original.
I know some morons are whinging about the character being a Mary Sue, and she isn't really. She's a bit of an insufferable Girl Boss trope, but not a Mary Sue.
