I wouldn't purchase anything like that online tbh.

I used to have terrible insomnia and survived on like 2 maybe 3 hours per night (sometimes none) then get ready and go to work for a full shift it's really exhausting especially when you want to sleep but just can't :/

Anyway have you tried sleep milk or dr stuarts valerian sleep tea? That tea stuff worked for me but also caused nightmares.

Also try the obvious if you haven't already like no caffeine after 6pm, nice warm bath (use something lavender to help induce sleep) or shower, sleep pillow mist etc
