Ezekiel Kelly, 19, of Memphis, Tennessee,
is believed to have shot and killed four

after a police chase
Kelly was indicted Wednesday morning
on first-degree murder, aggravated assault,
using a gun during a felony, and reckless
endangerment with a deadly weapon stemming
from a February 3, 2020, killing
Kelly pleaded down to aggravated assault
and was sentenced to three years,
but served only 11 months]
