I have definitely got to say that CSI Vegas return took a sharp improvement from the first half of the Season.

It actually felt like the writing team were looking at what the flaws were in the earlier episodes and were fixing them up without entirely removing those elements.

I'm not saying that the Show is perfect or that the Show is as good as the original, but it gradually improved as it went along, and fair play to the finale, it had a certain punch to it that a lot of modern Crime Procedurals can't pull off.
