They have both been having digs at the monarchy so it’s not rocket science to suggest that him wanting to make Changes is to remove stuff he has already written not add stuff.
he has signed a four book deal so he can easily talk about the queens death in one of those.
Maybe seeing the support the monarchy has made them realise they are going to look pathetic or they think now that the queen is gone they will lose their titles
